Good Morning Super Students! It was great to see most of you Thursday and Friday morning with your families. There were so many positive things to talk about and reflect on these past few months. But with that said, we can also continue to grow as people, which is what your goal sheet is for!
I will create an assignment in Schoology for you to hand in, but first I need to read it and write my goal on your iPad in notability before you hand in your PDF. Your families must come up with a goal by Thursday, I will then write a goal by Friday and you may hand in then. With baseball season just around the corner, pitchers and catchers reported last Thursday and position players on Sunday, they begin Spring Training today! Brian Dozier had a career year last year, so great that many thought he should have been American League MVP. One of the things that makes him so valuable is that he plays almost every game, no matter how sore or hurt he is. On average, from 2012-2016, how many games ("G" on the label below) does Brian play in per season? Was their an outlier in your data set? If so, outliers should always make us curious and ask questions. What question or assumption may you have about that outlier if you think there is one? Post your average and outlier in the comment section.
