Welcome back Super Students! I hope everyone had a safe, relaxing and fun few days off. It's crazy to think that December is just a few short hours away and along with it, it brings a bunch of snow tonight. Please be prepared tomorrow morning when getting ready for school (boots, hats, mittens..etc)
Reminder - This is a FOUR day school week. Friday you have off, while I get the day to do grades, print your report cards for Trimester 1 and learn a bit more about technology at the high school.
Mystery In China...check out these levitating cars, can you explain it?
Massive Death Star made of legos...Stars Wars opens December 18
Happy Thanksgiving to all of the families out there!
One of the things I love is staying in contact with many of you. I know my weakness is phone calls, I am a total tech geek when it comes to conversations and contact, product of my generation I am afraid! Many of you stay up to date with the blog but posting on Twitter and Instagram is so much easier and convenient during the day!
@justinschiffler is my Twitter handle
justinschiffler is my instagram handle
Please feel free to add me, share it with friends and family as well. I've even had grandparents in other states talk about how nice it is that they can see a photo every once in awhile of "Johnny" at school or keep tabs on their classrooms
Good Morning World Changers! All of us come from such diverse backgrounds and different types of families but that one thing we all have in common is that we can find the silver lining in every cloud and be thankful for something. Sometimes life throws us a curveball and it isn't always easy to see the good, but for just one day I want you to try and focus on the good in your life, because it's there you may just need to look harder! I know each and every day I am thankful for a wonderful job and the opportunity to be able to work with all of us! Somedays are better than others but even at the end of those days, I am still thankful I found my way to PV!
Be prepared today ready to come work and donate a little bit of our time to building our Toy-for-Tots projects!
Check out the surprise here!
